Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. This page explains how — and when that right ends early, which is the normal case for the products we sell.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by a clear statement — for example a letter sent by post or an email — of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
When the right expires early
This is the usual case for everything we sell, so please read it before you order.
Everything in this shop is either a digital product or a service that we start carrying out immediately. In both cases the law lets the right of withdrawal end early — but only if you have agreed to that explicitly.
Services — such as server boosts, members or accounts. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided you expressly asked us to begin before the withdrawal period ended and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed (§ 356 (4) of the German Civil Code).
Digital content — such as software licences. Your right of withdrawal expires once we begin performing the contract, provided you expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period ended, confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have sent you confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).
This is why checkout asks you to confirm both points before you can place an order. Until you do, we do not start. If you would rather keep your full 14 days, do not tick the box — get in touch on Discord and we will arrange delivery after the period ends.
