§ 5 DDG requires a second channel that allows direct and speedy contact alongside email. Our Discord server is staffed around the clock and serves that purpose; the European Court of Justice has accepted equivalent channels in place of a phone number (Case C-649/17).
VAT
No VAT is charged on our invoices. We apply the small business rule under § 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down in July 2025 and the regulation behind it repealed, so there is no longer a link to give here.
